Affectionately knows as JDJD, Jon Drucker has been practicing law since 1988. Prior to that, he graduated summa cum laude from UCLA, received a masters degree from Columbia University's School of International Affairs, served as a legislative assistant to Senator Carl Levin of Michigan, founded and ran a successful solar energy company, and received his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law.
Mr. Drucker was a principal at Hill Wynne, Troop & Meisinger, a top 20 law firm in Los Angeles before becoming in-house counsel to Streetwise Software, a leading technology company. He later established his own practice specializing in business litigation, including real estate, financial services, and class actions, most notably three class actions against Ameriprise Financial Services (formerly known as American Express Financial Advisors), the largest of which yielded a $120,000,000 settlement that went back to the consumer. Jon Drucker has a long and successful history of fighting for the underdog.
More recently, Mr. Drucker has focused sharply on emergent markets such biotechnology, patient advocacy and is highly respected in the financial and legal aspects of banking solutions for the legalized cannabis industry.
Currently living and working in Ojai, California, Mr. Drucker is engaged in pro-bono support for whistle blowers and activists committed to exposing corruption in public benefit governance.
